the art of Tai Chi...this sooo interesting to me. I want to learn this art--I say art because it is so beautiful. The movements are so peaceful and energizing. Even though they are slow movements they seem very powerful. Its almost as if the body is moving energy in a graceful manner. "I LIKE"... Melody express this exercise to me, I took interest I looked up information on Tai Chi--after that I wanted to actually see the image and actual act of the exercise in progress!!! OK!!!! I am having a few minor diffculties trying to post the Tai Chi videos from You Tube. At one point it would appear correct on my blog. Then the video will be something I would rather not have on my blog..Guys!!! just work with me here:) Angie

Thank you, you honor and humble me. I really hope that this works for you and you can find some relief from your illnesses and stresses. Tai Chi and other forms of this are truly beautiful, I use to try and follow my husband, when he lost me in his routines (not a patient man) I would continue to watch as it was truly amazing to see. To me it is like watching someone dance, so graceful.

Tai Chi is a wonderful art. I started taking interest in Tai Chi during my "journey". I didn't have a good place that taught Tai chi so I bought a video instruction. I starting doing what the video said and I can't describe how wonderful I felt. When we move to Arizona, I hope to find a good instructor to advance my Tai Chi. Thanks for sharing.
